The Sea often reminds my of looking into outer space, imagining what mental creatures would live out there...the Oceans have all the weird and wonderful life forms we could possibly imagine. When I started drawing this Argonaut a solar system developed and a face appeared before me, meet Mr. Argonaut!

Amazing Argonaut facts:
- Argonauts are a species of octopus.
- Argonaut female and males are very different sizes, this is called “sexual dimorphism”. Males only grow 3cm while females grow up to 45cm long.
- Argonaut males also have a modified arm called a “hectocotylus”. During mating, this arm breaks away on a mission to carry sperm and crawls into the female where it just hangs around until she is ready to fertilize her eggs.
